Nowshera Pipe Industries formerly known as Nowshera PVC Co. (Pvt) Ltd.is situated in Industrial Estate Amangarh Nowshera K.P.The Unit was installed by Federal chemical and Ceramics Corporation Ltd., Ministry of Production, Government of Pakistan in 1983 to meet PVC Cordrain pipes requirement for forthcoming salinity control and reclamation projects (SCARP),The unit was taken over by new management under privatization policy of Government in February 1995.

Salient Features

Nowshera Pipe Industries has two production lines supplied by World renowned companies namely Wavin Overseas, Netherlands and Corma Inc.Canada to produce the structured wall pipes of 4 “,6”,8”,10”,12”and 15” Dia.

So far the company has supplied millions of running feet (RFT) of PVC Cordrain Pipes to Mardan (SCARP) (WAPDA), Khushab (SCARP) FWO, Mirpurkhas SCARP (China Geo), Mirpurkhas SCARP (China Guangxi), Swabi SCARP (CLJV),Pabbi SCARP, Thal Canal and Kachi Canal Projects successfully. The Factory has its own Compounding, Blending / Mixing Unit, General Store, Laboratory, Raw Material store, Workshop and PVC fittings fabrication facility.

Recently we have installed two state of the art imported extrusion lines and an Injection molding plant to produce MDPE/HDPE and PPR pipes and fittings of sizes ¾” to 6” diameter for Gas, Water and Cable Duct production as per the required international standards.

Technical Aspects

(a) Utility
Air, Water, Gas and Power facilities are available at the factory. The unit has got 315 KW connected power load. A standby Automatic Caterpillar Generator of 250KW capacity is also available to meet emergency power requirements.

(b) Production Capacity
The plant is capable to produce pipes round the clock to meet any sizeable order/demand.

(c) Quality control
The pipes are produced as per international standards. To conduct prescribed tests a fully equipped laboratory is available at the factory.
